The Gallery at Flat Rock is excited to present the second in The Artist Table art-immersion dining series that celebrates the creative process with “Bloom” from 6-9 p.m. on June 19 at the gallery. In keeping with the gallery’s mission to act as an incubator for creativity, the Artist Table series creates a unique opportunity for highly talented people working in a variety of fields to share ideas in collaboration, pushing ordinary expectation to the limit. A dinner prepared by chef Chuck Connolly of Nosh Catering GVL will be the gastronomic focus of the June 19 event, titled “Bloom” to ride the wave of spring fever just as summer rolls in.

After months of planning, we are so pleased to announce an art dinner event to be held quarterly in the gallery.  The Artist Table celebrates the creative process in a spirit of cross pollination--linking fine art, culinary expertise, wine pairings and live music for an eye-opening evening of fun, learning and unexpected outcomes.

The gallery's mission is to bring artists and collectors together.  We've been contemplating a setting that would allow for deeper dialogue and interaction then what you might experience at an opening art reception.  What better way to connect people than by sharing a meal?
