I am of a mind that artificial intelligence will be the downfall of man, but not in the overdone Hollywood tech-aggressive way. Im convinced AI will make humans lazy, aggressive weirdos. Maybe Wall-E meets Desparate Living. It’ll practically be the Karenification of an entire species.

AI doesn’t have a conscience to know why a truth is more important than a falsehood. It cannot calculate a lie as morally wrong, it does not quantify guilt- It has no care. It has no emotional response to being accurate or inaccurate.
Maybe we can program AI to be more considerate of these things, but why should we if we can’t program ourselves to be?
