About Seeking a Balance

Balance for me is bringing as many aspects of my life as I can into a harmony. It's not something you ever finish but are constantly adjusting to fit our ever-changing surroundings. This year has been especially difficult for this harmony to successfully happen. For some, it is a pathway to self-transcendence, something that puts us in the right frame of mind for that to happen.

In making "Seeking a Balance,” I have used different species of wood to create a meditative tool to help us find that place.
