About Balance in Motion

The shared experience of our lives is always in a state of change. I feel the development of our spirit during a lifetime can be nourished with intent and positive effort. For myself, art is a part of that practice.

As I began to make a work around the theme of transcendence, I intuitively went to the ancient wisdom teachings. Blending the three colors: yellow for inner wisdom, blue for balanced power, and pink for intuitive love, symbolizes our connection with one another and the world around us. The abstract images of the platonic solids in the piece express the structure of the universe, its infinity and perfect unity.

I tried to create an image that suggests the potential of spirit and science to transcend in harmony. Together they can unite to promote equality and peace for all beings.
