About Emergence

Many of us have experienced it…a dense fog silently rolls in and quickly enshrouds us in a thick, impenetrable vapor. Nearby trees that were once solid and clearly visible are suddenly lost from sight. It’s as if the trees have vanished, and we are alone. Fog has the ability to isolate us and make us feel lost and vulnerable. Yet, once we have experienced it, we know that this veil is only temporary; it will eventually disperse and reveal the solidity of earth and tree once again. We can persevere if we quietly listen to Nature’s pulse of life. Sunlight will burn through the fog…life will reemerge…and a feeling of peace will replace fear and loneliness.
