This struck me very late as being a bento box. A minimal, but a fancy bento box (let’s face it, my choice fo the frame on this piece is *perfect*), full of tasty morsels and slices of things to savor and crave. Thanks to Google I discovered that JÅ«bako are ornate containers that hold food to be eaten concurrently with the Japanese New Year. So damn fancy! JÅ«bako it is.
