Artist Dale McEntire’s show, titled 52 Weeks | 52 Trees, takes its form from his practice of painting one tree per week throughout 2019—for Dale the practice was born from an appreciation for the multiplicity of trees growing here in Appalachia (all on his Saluda property!) woven with a challenge to paint each tree in the style of an artist that inspires him. Dale is one of our newest gallery artist and we are so pleased to have such an established, talented painter and sculptor on board.

We are offering the paintings in a special Pre-Sale, an opportunity to collect Dale’s work ahead of the official exhibition opening. Ten percent of the proceeds from the painting sales will go to the nonprofit Mountain True, to help protect these beautiful mountains we live in. Each 10 x 8” oil on canvas painting is priced at $200, or $240 if framed.
